At Google Beauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log in to your Google Beauty account and visit your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the beauty products are in their original packaging and securely seal them in a shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location using the provided return label; we will track the shipment until it reaches our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
